The Wet Mixing Granulator series enables quick, efficient, and even mixing of dry powders by using granulating fluids to create homogeneous granules. It is capable of a high degree of pressing and filling, together with a high productivity, where each batch could be processed in only several minutes. The uniform mixing of powders is achieved by the three-dimensional movement of the particles as well as the precise injection of liquid by the diaphragm pump. The granules are then created using a vertical cutter. The speed and angle are adjustable for a convenient operation. The gap between the bottom and the agitator is 2-3 mm. The granulator is equipped with an automatic cleaning program. The air purge supply is changed to water to clean the air purge seals of the mixing tool and the chopper. The inside surface of the container has no dead corners. These ensure easy and thorough cleaning by repeatedly partially filling and emptying the bowl while the chopper and the rotor are run, thereby meeting the GMP requirements.
