The capsule filling machine, used to fill in hard gelatin capsules, is designed to cater various formulations with options to fill powder, granules, and pellets. Its automatic filling function demands very high accuracy and productivity, as well as ease of operation and minimum maintenance. The enlarged cam (RU140 to RU125) and 90 pcs beeling bearing in each machine enhances its stability and durability. This instrument also features a multi-bore dosing system assuring 99% precision dosage, and a PLC-controlled touch panel. A quick turnaround for a variety of capsule sizes is possible with minimal follow-up adjustments. The closed system protects the product from contaminants and dust. The opening of the material hopper and the dosing chamber is controlled by a separating slide and a separating plate respectively. Pellets first fall from the material hopper into the dosing chamber, then from the dosing chamber into the capsule body being held in the lower segment. The pellet filling station can be incorporated prior or subsequent to the powder dosing station.
