FEATURES
The soft capsule machine is fitted with a large touch screen HMI for its PLC, by which the user can store operation parameters, reserve network interface and conduct fault diagnostics. It contains an independent variable frequency drive motor with full bearing design, subsequently yielding high assembly accuracy, ease of adjustment, low noise, and smooth operation.
Its mold is made of aircraft grade aluminum alloy with pneumatic mold pressing for a fast, stable and long-lasting operation. The gelatin sheet drum wheel, gelatin sheet oil system and mold runs in a parallel manner, producing a high level of stability. On the other hand, the gelatin sheet contains micron lubrication which improves efficiency while requiring no further cleaning. The sheet is is cooled by a standalone cold-water mechanism with a low energy consumption. The spray body can be lifted easily and can stand in any position. Last, the soft capsules are discharged by a net-hopper and hardened by cold wind to ensure the capsules are perfectly round.
