Automatic counting of capsules, soft gels, normal tablets, special shape tablets, coating tablets, pills and most solid granules. Suitable for filling in plastic bottles with square, round, flat-square and special shaped bottles.
FEATURES
Equipped with a PLC, the electronic counter features an anti-dust sensor to ensure accurate counting with good stability in heavy dust conditions. Sensors, as well as vibration, sort out and sift the materials to be counted after the substance has passed through the hopper. These materials would then need to pass the machine’s (adjustable) baffle before passing for output. The baffles also control the filling speed of the material.
