The single-file equipment counts and fills capsules, soft gels, normal tablets, special-shaped tablets, coating tablets, and most solid granules in small bags. The counting is done by an infrared sensor that doesn’t wear. It is not only compatible with all kinds of packaging materials, but bag forming, counting, filling, bag sealing, and printing are able to be performed simultaneously. It features a modularized design which makes the machine easy to clean, assemble and disassemble. Switching between different products is also simple, where only a couple of parts need to be changed.
