FEATURES
The Vacuum Emulsifying Mixer operates by utilizing the strong pressures from the homogenizer, or otherwise known as the emulsifier, to propel materials to flow into the narrow emulsifying head. In the middle part of the apparatus, center blades alongside the outer low speed anchor rotate in opposite directions to create a powerful shearing effect. This technique will assist the machine in blending, mixing, emulsifying, and homogenizing the products processed inside the equipment. As a result, this method yields cream products that are richer, thicker, and smoother. In addition, the emulsifying (mixing) head is interchangeable depending on the product to be manufactured.
Shielded by the automatic pot cover, material components from both the oil and water boiler directly flows into the emulsifying boiler right after processing. Electric or steam heating systems are also put in place to automatically control the temperature during the manufacturing process.
