FEATURES
The drying oven features steam, electric or steam-electric heat sources with thermal efficiency up to 70%.The temperature that can be achieved with achieved with steam heating ranges from 50-150°C, while electric heating can obtain 50-350°C. The machine employs axial flow fans to ensure even heating of the air through convection, and in addition are equipped with a temperature control system as well as PLC. The hot air laminar flow transfers heat to the material through baking. The fresh air is replenished via the air inlet whereas the hot and humid air is supplied from the exhaust port; the hot and humid air is continuously discharged to adjunct the fresh air, so as to continuously maintain the proper relative humidity of the oven. The biggest feature of this series of ovens is that part of the hot air circulates in the box, and the entire circulation process is closed, thereby enhancing heat conduction and saving energy.
