The dust collector is composed of steel frame, filter box, fan box, control system and self-cleaning compressed air pipe system. The filter box is divided into filter chamber and clean air chamber, including: filter cylinder, self-cleaning system (including solenoid valve), etc. Polluted air enters from the air inlet and passes through the filter cylinder. The dust in the air stays on the surface of the Filter cylinder. The filtered air enters the clean air chamber through the filter cylinder, and then the clean air is discharged through the fan motor. The dust collector is equipped with compressed air pulse cleaning system, which has self-cleaning ability of filter cartridge. It avoids the inconvenience that most single mobile dust removal equipment needs to take out the filter cartridge manual dust cleaning, or the frequent replacement of filter material without dust cleaning function. This prolongs the service life of the cartridge, improve work efficiency, and achieve cleaner operation.
