FEATURES :
The machine is equipped with eye mark sensor to ensure the tube is on the right position, which is automatically inserted into the cup seats (positioning molds).
Ointments in the cone hopper are accurately and automatically filled into the tube through the plunger type quantitative filling valve connected with the hopper. There is a level product sensor in hopper to control the level of product in hopper. If the level of product is low, it will start transferring the product from product loop pump (optional). There is a control tube sensor in front of rotary table to detect tube presence to prevent filling if there are no tubes.
The rotary table brings the tube to sealing stations and the mechanical hand seals the tube tail. Then the excess of sealing tube is cut, for aesthetic purposes.
All of this machine’s operations is controlled by encoder to synchronize the machine operation. Since this machine uses many pneumatic systems, there is an air pressure switch to assure that the machine can only be operated if minimum required air pressure is fulfilled.
Different filling volumes can be achieved through adjusting the filling volume adjusting dial.
After the sealing is finished, the mechanical hand for code printing will automatically print the words such as date of manufacturing and production batch no. onto the tube tail.
The finished tube will be automatically sent into the tube collecting vessel through the automatic tube discharging structure.
APPLICATION :
Can be filled with paste, ointment and liquids with various viscosities. It is used in many industries such as medicine, food, cosmetic, consumer care and daily chemical industry.
Applicable for plastic composite tubes or Aluminum tubes.
