DWY-30 Fluid Bed Dryer Multifunctional Peletizing Coater

FEATURES :

Machine works at negative pressure with smooth and cleaning inside surface without dead corner, so it is convenient for cleaning. The system is combined spray, drying, mixing and granulating into one.

Adopt double chamber system, filter can shakes alternately and frequency of shaking can be set. So the drying process can be continuing.

Machine equipped with air seal, to assure no leak that can cause loss of product. 

 Modular AHU system prevent leaking, with filters (pre filter, medium filter, and HEPPA filter).  The hot air heating by steam heat exchanger, placed before HEPA filter to provide hot and clean air. 

For clean the air before released to atmosphere, this machine equipped with cyclone system dust collector and silencer.

 Spraying technique could be tangent spray for pelletizing, covering and coating, top spray for granulating and bottom spray for coating.

 Tangent spray technique, make material into core of pills, which are coated by powder from tangent sprayer to get required tighten fine pellets.

 Top spray technique, material on the fluid bed forms upward. Flowing state pushed by the hot air flow, then combined into granules gradually by the liquid sprayed from upward, and irregular granules will be gotten after drying.

 Bottom spray technique, material is pushed upward from the bottom of the flow leading tube by hot air flow and sprayed back, and coating liquid is sprayed from bottom of the flow leading tube, and coated onto the materials moving in the same direction to achieve the coating purpose.
